what forms of payment does heart of zeus accept?
visa, master card, american express, paypal and applepay. please have a look at the different forms of payment during your check-out.

when do i pay for the items?
you pay, once the order has been placed.

is the vat included in the final price and can i claim it back?
all prices are excluded vat. the vat will need to be paid additionally. we are not able to provide tax refunds for items which has been ordered online through the website.

can i cancel an order?
once you have placed an order, you will not be able to cancel it. you may send it back at your own cost if the item is damaged or if the size is wrong. you will then be sent a new item

what shipping options are their?
we send all items with dhl express for free.
you will receive an email with details regarding the shipment, once the parcel has been delivered to the courier. we are not responsible for the delays beyond hear of zeus’s control. -
how can i track the shipment?
once your item has been shipped, you will receive the tracking code.

no, this is not possible

what is the return policy of heart of zeus?
returns need be made by the carrier dhl. if you would like to return an item, please notify heart of zeus whitin 14 days from the date of delivery. you will then have 14 days to ship the items to the outgoing address.
returned merchandise must meet the below requirements in order to be accepted for a refund:
- all items must be in original condition with original tags attached. merchandise that has been worn, used, altered or damaged will not be accepted.
- returns on items with a return tag attached will only be honored if the label has not been removed.

who pays for the returning shipment?
the shipment is not free of cost. you need to ship it back yourself at your own cost.

how can i return an item?
the item needs to be returned by the carrier dhl:
1. pack the item you wish to return in the original packaging.
2. note the item you are returning along with the reason for return.
3. once received in the warehouse, returns will be processed within 14 business days and credited back to the original form of payment. you will receive an email confirmation when your return has been completed.
